A number of convicted men keep dying mysteriously just as the courts are preparing to impose sentences on them. It appears the "victims" have all been involved in acts of femicide. The killers die at their homes, in police cells, in prison, and some right inside the courtrooms as the presiding jusges are watching. What or who is behind the killing of the murderers, and why? What is its modus operandi?

As the body count rises, a tough, trigger happy special prosecutor realises that his efforts at putting murderers behind the bars are all for naught. In his efforts to unmask the extra-judicial executioners, he teams up with two top detectives and a young streetwise court interpreter. But do they have what it takes to stop the mysterious assassins?
